VSThermo soojusisolatsiooni profiilid.

Kõrgsurvevahtpolüstüreenist soojusisolatsiooniprofiilid on mõeldud peamiselt PVC aknalengide soojapidavusnäitajate parandamiseks nende alumises servas, mis on kõigi plastakende üks külmemaid kohti.

VSThermo soojusisolatsiooniprofiilidel on mitmeid olulisi disainieeliseid, nimelt on kõik profiilid universaalsed, mis võimaldab valida sobilik mõõt peaaegu igale profiilisüsteemile, nii PVC kui ka alumiinium avatäidete süsteemile. Uute akende tellimisel aknavalmistajalt küsi kindlasti seda võimalust, kuna standardvalikus seda tavaliselt kaasa ei panda.

Termoprofiilid on pikkusega 1180 mm ja profiilide mõlemas otsas on jadamisi jätkamiseks ühendustapid.
Kuna meie avatäidete tootjad kasutavad väga erinevaid profiilisüsteeme, siis siinkoha tulebki VSThermo disaini lahendus kasuks. Profiilid on disainitud nii, et neid saaks kasutada leidmaks sobilik asetus aknaprofiili kujuga, võimaldades seeläbi leida alusprofiilile parem asetus.

VSThermo termoprofiile on võimalik paigaldada üksteise otsa, saavutades sellega sobilik aknapaigalduse kõrgus ja seda kõike kasvõi ehitusplatsil. Profiilid paigaldatakse avatäite külge MS-polümeer liimiga ja mehhaaniliselt kruviga.

VSThermo soojusisolatsiooni profiilid on testitud tunnustatud katselaboris IFT Rosenheim.
